									<ul><li>Lavez les légumes, épluchez l&rsquo;échalote et la gousse d&rsquo;ail.</li><li>Taillez les en morceaux grossiers sans les éplucher (bien retirer le pédoncule des tomates).</li><li>Dans un grand plat versez vos légumes, ajoutez ensuite le vinaigre, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le basilic effeuillé.</li><li>Assaisonnez de sel et de poivre et ajoutez le pain découpé en morceaux.</li><li>Laissez mariner au frais pendant au moins 12 heures puis mixer.</li><li>Servez bien frais en ajoutant quelques toppings sur le dessus si vous le souhaitez !</li></ul>								</div>
